Our client is a renowned company in the cruise industry and is currently recruiting Recruitment Assistant (M/F/D) in Vila Nova de Gaia.

 

Responsibilities:


  • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications with a best-match-to-profile approach;
  • Support the recruiting team with candidate correspondences and provide guidance and information to the candidates during the application process;
  • Maintain the candidate and documentation database required for the daily operations;
  • Always ensure GDPR compliance when handling sensitive data from candidates;
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and the interviewers for assessment centers, online, and personal interviews;
  • Execute recruiting practices efficiently and effectively by meeting operational needs and following HR policy;
  • Maintain business relationships with a trusted network of high-quality recruiting agencies in all relevant markets with the best interest to support the new hires;
  • Support the recruitment team with marketing events and online presentations;
  • Execute additional admin tasks to support the recruiting stream.


Requirements:


  • 12th grade (minimium);
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles (preferably in the cruise industry or recruitment);
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel/Word and other Office tools;
  • English proficiency at a C1 level;
  • Organizational skills, stress resistance, autonomy, and dynamism;
  • Humility, willingness to learn, team spirit, and excellent communication skills;
  • Availability to travel (domestically and internationally) approximately once a month.

 

Offer:


  • Fixed-term employment contract of 6 months (with the goal of transitioning to a permanent contract if both parties are satisfied);
  • Base salary: €1,000 gross;
  • Meal allowance: €8 per day provided in a meal card;
  • 1 day of teleworking per week (after completing a 30-day probationary period).
