Do you have solid experience in HR field? Are you fluent both in English and Portuguese?
We are currently looking for a HR Specialist (m/f/d) for our client, a multinational industrial leader in Engineering & Construction in the Oil & Gas industry, located in Sines.
Main responsabilities:
• Help to standardize according to Company’s policy the onboarding of new employees;
• Manage payroll cycle and related activities (i.e. timesheets, overtime forms, PTL forms, transaction reports etc.) both for local and international employees;
• Manage the day by day of the employees on site;
• Arrange and collect all documents necessary to install the work relationship and proceed with mandatory communication to local Authorities (both for local and international employees);
• Arrange letters and other documents when necessary during the work relationships (confirmation, promotion, change of job/seat/assignment, grievances, working time, terminations, etc.) and update the relevant HR system (SAP);
• Schedule mandatory medical check-ups at the designated medical center and monitor related deadlines to ensure regulatory compliance, supporting HSE function;
• Prepare reports and updates requested by HQ HR function;
• Prepare materials for HR evaluation, salary management, etc;
• Manage resignation and dismissals / interview the resigning person to get the reason and report them to relevant Line Manager;
• Acting as the primary point of contact for coordination with external consultants and local authorities on social security and tax-related matters.
Ideal Profile:
• M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Human Resources or similar (mandatory);
• Fluent in English (mandatory);
• 3 years+ experience in HR activities;
• Experience in payroll;
• Previous experience in HR administrative routines;
• Knowledge of Portuguese Labor law and market practice;
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment;
• Availability to work on-site in Sines (working time from 8 to 17)
Conditions:
• Contract with Gi Group, but with possibility of integration in a multinational.

• Fixed 350€/monthly in Meal Card;
