One of our clients is looking for a technical support agent, fluent in German for a role in Porto, fully on site. If you like to help customers and can you provide customer support with exceptional quality, this might be the right opportunity for you!

Your day to day:

• Telephone support for customer calls in German.
• Handle customer requests and update them in our IT systems (e.g., changes to rates or pricing plans, activation of options or services, address changes).
• Manage processes related to fiber optic link requests – handling requests, error detection, and implementing solutions with our internal and external partners.
• Troubleshooting and configuration: routers, WiFi networks, TV boxes, fiber optic configuration, etc.

Who we are looking for:

• Excellent command of German – minimum level C1; English is an advantage.
• Interest in telecommunications products.
• Flexible working hours (Monday to Saturday) from 07:00 to 21:00.
• Technical knowledge in the following areas: network connectivity and Internet, Windows-MacOS-iOS-Android configuration. Strong knowledge of LAN, WLAN (WiFi), VOIP.
