As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a key role in our mission to increase customer satisfaction and engagement. You will be the voice of the company, answering user questions, resolving issues and providing guidance. Your mission will include:


  • Responding quickly and effectively to customer queries across multiple channels.
  • Troubleshooting issues and providing accurate and effective solutions to user concerns.
  • Educating customers on how to maximize their experience with our customers' mobility services.
  • Identifying trends in customer feedback to improve overall service quality and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and product usability.


What we are looking for:



  • Native or fluent Danish speaker (C1+ level).
  • Intermediate proficiency in written and spoken English (B2+).
  • Previous experience in customer support will be considered an asset.
  • Active listening and strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.
