Elevate Your Career as a Web Project Manager in the Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Industry!


We are seeking a highly skilled Web Project Manager (m/f) fluent in English to join our client's dynamic operation in Lisbon. Our client is a globally recognized leader in biotechnology, rooted in science and innovation, and dedicated to transforming groundbreaking ideas and discoveries into life-changing medicines for patients with serious illnesses.

 

Your Mission:

·     Provide reporting to GCC Web Strategy leads on performance KPIs and areas of opportunity to enhance ways of working as part of operational reviews.

·     Empower project owners to be cost effective & develop content with a sense of urgency through standardized templates.

·     Support project owners through successful website launches and updates, adhering to the agile web development process and industry best practices.

·     Partner with stakeholders to perform functional testing to ensure quality.

·     Collaborate with the Digital Technology & Innovation (DTI) team to support the quarterly prioritization of projects, clearly identifying business priorities and scope to determine project requirements.

·     Lead retrospectives that incorporate lessons learned from previous projects to instill a culture of continuous improvement.

 

What You'll Need:

·      Bachelor’s or master’s degree.

·      At least 4 years of experience in digital or web project management.

·      Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, Google Analytics, and Confluence.

·      Proficiency in web analytics and Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design principles using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Figma.

·      Experience with writing detailed documentation.

·      Familiarity with technical specifications, industry standards, and best practices, including media file sizes/formats, accessibility standards (WCAG), and privacy regulations (GDPR, US Consumer laws) is a plus.

·      Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

·      Work mostly GMT hours and have availability to join meetings up until 12pm PST.
