We are recruiting an exceptional Senior Sourcing Associate (f/m/d) fluent in English and Portuguese to join our client’s operation in Lisbon.

What is going to be your mission?

• Manage Request for Proposal and Quotation processes (eRFX) to deliver productivity and value back to the business, ensuring quality and compliance at all times;
• Consistently document and guide sourcing execution and productivity delivery in designated tools;
• Ensure sourcing tactics drive value in specific functional business environments;
• Develop supplier analysis and market intelligence to support sourcing strategies;
• Drive the negotiation of proposals and statements of work.

What do you need to have

• College degree in a relevant field;
• Four years of sourcing/procurement experience;
• Fluent in business English, written and oral;
• Solid understanding of sourcing processes (tendering, supplier negotiations and contracting), across multiple indirect spend categories;
• Experience using e-procurement tools such as Scout & Ariba;
• Highly proficient with MS Office Suite, including Excel;
• Ability to help shape customers’ overall strategy while understanding business goals;
• Excellent communication skills (presentation, virtual team development, etc) resulting in relationship building and development;
• Problem-solving skills;
• Applies analytical skills to evaluate and interpret information using different sources to draw and present analytic insights;
• Availability for a 12-18 month project.
