About the Role:

As an Partner Specialist, you’ll play a key role in recruiting, managing, and fostering relationships with affiliates in the B2B space. This position is perfect for someone who is confident on the phone, has a sales-driven mindset, and is ready to make a measurable impact.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Affiliate Recruitment: Identify and onboard new companies to expand our affiliate network.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with affiliates, serving as their primary point of contact for campaign support and collaboration.
  • Negotiation: Manage deals and performance metrics, ensuring optimal outcomes for affiliates and the company.
  • International Outreach: Work across multiple markets, including France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, and the Netherlands.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign results and ensure KPIs are met, celebrating successes along the way.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Spanish and/or Italian are highly desirable, and additional languages are a bonus.
  • Sales Savvy: You’re confident on the phone and possess a natural ability to connect with people and close deals.
  • Relationship Builder: You excel at building trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Prior experience in email marketing, call centers, or telemarketing is an advantage.
