GiGroup is currently recruiting an IT Analyst (M/F) for a food service specialist client, a global leader in multi-sector catering, with an office located in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and analyzing user requirements and defining system specifications;
• Assist in carrying out software tests to ensure quality and compliance with requirements;
• Monitor interfaces between existing systems, making adjustments as necessary;
• Contributing to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for the systems, including user manuals, technical specifications and progress reports;
• Creating Master Data in existing systems.

Requirements:

• Higher education qualifications;
• 02 years' experience in a similar role;
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders; 
• Knowledge of O2P and NAV;
• Knowledge of English;
• Dynamism, pro-activity, friendliness and empathy.
