We are seeking an HR Consultant (m/f) to join our client’s dynamic operations team in Lisbon. Our client is a leading provider of innovative personal insurance solutions, specializing in tailored employee benefits for families and companies. Their expert team supports decision-makers in selecting the best benefit plans, whether standard or custom-made, to meet their specific needs.

 

As part of a collaborative HR team, you will play a key role in implementing HR strategies and supporting business objectives across the Lisbon (90 employees) and Madrid (25 employees) sites. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will provide HR guidance and ensure compliance with the Group’s policies and local labor regulations.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the operational deployment of the Group’s HR strategy in coordination with management.
  • Support managers on HR-related matters, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures, ensuring compliance and a positive work environment.
  • Assist in the implementation of training programs and annual HR processes (e.g., People Review).
  • Oversee multiple recruitment processes, aligning with the needs of your assigned business units.
  • Contribute to cross-functional HR projects within the Group.

 

What You Bring to the Team:

  • A Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience (including internships/apprenticeships) in an international/multi-country HR role.
  • Strong problem-solving, autonomy, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a diplomatic approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English (French and/or Spanish are a plus).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Madrid.
