We are looking for a remote customer service agent with a background in Nutrition fluent in German to help our clients with their queries on nutrition, dietary restrictions or any health issues.

A day in the life of... 

• Respond to customer queries phone and written channels in a timely and accurate way;
• Offer counselling and suggestions of positive alterations in nutrition and dietary restrictions of the consumers and their children or babies;
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved;

What will make you successful 

• German Native/Near Native;
• Fluent in English or Portuguese;
• Bachelor’s degree on Nutrition/Dietetics, Life Science, Food science, or similar;
• Experience advising clients to make good food intake choices and meal planning;
