We are looking for a Community specialist (outreach) fluent in French, English and Portuguese to join one of our clients in Lisbon:
- Management of social media and e-Mobility Service Providers (eMSPs) interactions by replying to customers and partners enquiries and comments through their apps
- Learn and master the company's business model and product in order to effectively explain and communicate it with the different users
- Developing and implementing new processes and templates to most common scenarios
- Learn and master multiple applications and resources including contact management systems and knowledge bases
- Perform quality and audit checks to existing EV support and installation processes, ensuring high compliance standards
- Communicate quickly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders
- Triage and escalate urgent issues in order to drive them to resolution
- Complete thorough documentation and notation on customer contacts and trends
- Provide feedback to management teams regarding processes, trends and ensure the quality and efficiency of internal processes.
The Candidate we are looking for:
- Has a high proactive, organized and independent entrepreneurial spirit. The Candidate must be used to working in a fast-paced and ambitious environment
- Is fluent in both oral and written English and French in order to be able to prepare business documents and conduct meetings in these languages. Other languages are a plus
- Has proven experience with community management and feels at easy to autonomously conduct efforts on replying to users in different social media channels
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills – the candidate is an effective communicator and listener, and you adapt easily to varied communication methods
- Has an interest and enthusiasm in the area of electric mobility and, although not fundamental, experiences in the area or in a related area are highly valued
- Is comfortable with working with Google Sheets and Google features
- Is based in Lisbon or willing/looking to relocate to Lisbon.
