We are seeking a bilingual Client Services Manager (m/f), fluent in both French and English, to join our client’s dynamic operations team in Lisbon. Our client is a leading company specializing in innovative personal insurance solutions tailored for families and employees. Their expert team assists decision-makers in selecting employee benefits plans, whether standard or custom-made, to meet their unique needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will lead and support a team of 6 to 12 employees, ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional customer service in the international health insurance sector. Your mission is to enhance client satisfaction while driving efficient, client-centered operations. You will also focus on fostering a culture of continuous improvement, coaching your team to meet and exceed customer expectations, and ensuring full compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitoring and analyzing activity reports to track performance.
  • Ensuring satisfaction for all stakeholders, including policyholders, partners, internal teams, and external customers.
  • Upholding and promoting quality standards across your team.
  • Contributing to process improvements to boost quality, efficiency, and timeliness.
  • Representing the company by preparing and delivering key presentations and meetings.
  • Managing and resolving client complaints in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating closely with sales managers to further enhance client satisfaction.
  • Managing customer relationships within your scope, ensuring proximity, satisfaction, and growth.
  • Setting and challenging both individual and team objectives.
  • Identifying talent within your team and supporting their growth by understanding their training and development needs.

 

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Proven experience in improving customer journeys, client services, or similar roles.
  • A degree in insurance or management is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in a managerial role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptability, with the ability to build strong, trusted relationships.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent listening skills and a commercial mindset that will drive success in your role.
