We are currently seeking an Associate Training Coordinator (m/f) fluent in English to join our client’s dynamic operation in Lisbon, supporting the ELMAC region.
Our client is a globally recognized leader in biotechnology, rooted in science and innovation, dedicated to transforming groundbreaking ideas and discoveries into life-changing medicines for patients with serious illnesses.
Your Mission:
In this role, you will take charge of managing and coordinating various aspects of training activities, contributing to the growth and success of the learning programs. Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee the administrative setup of learning activities and offerings on the internal learning platform.
- Contribute to the design and development of engaging training content.
- Provide crucial support for local training initiatives.
- Manage and liaise with training vendors, including handling licenses, online platform tasks, and other administrative needs.
- Manage communication with training participants and disseminate sub-regional learning initiatives to different countries.
- Extract and analyze Student Assignment Status (SAS) reports using Excel and other tools for strategic insights.
- Manage supplier data, raise purchase orders (POs), process invoices, and track budgets.
- Set up course surveys to assist in generating reports and informed business decisions.
- Assist in the creation of program metrics and performance updates for the business.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or similar).
- Proven experience in training and development.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and tools.
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to generate meaningful reports from data.
- Previous experience working in an international environment.
