Our client is a leading company in its sector and is currently recruiting a Team Leader (M/F) for the frozen warehouse shift in the Azambuja area.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, and shipping);
• Ensure compliance with established deadlines and procedures;
• Monitor team performance indicators;
• Lead, motivate, and guide the operational team (warehouse operators, pickers, forklift drivers);
• Conduct short shift-start meetings (briefings);
• Onboard and train new employees;
• Perform daily picking tasks.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role;
• Driving license and own transportation (preferred);
• Forklift certification (preferred);
• Availability to work from 08:00 to 17:00, with rotating days off.
