We are recruiting Customer Support Specialists (m/d) to join our client’s operation in Porto.
Main responsibility:
Support customers throughout the process of selling and buying cars on the online platform, ensuring a clear and efficient experience.
Workplace: Remote – based in Portugal
Note: You may be required to go to the office occasionally (Porto).
Schedule: Monday–Sunday rotation
• Standard shifts: 09:00–18:00
• One late shift per week: 11:00–20:00
Project duration: Initially 6 weeks, with the possibility of extension depending on operational needs.
Our client is a leading British company providing innovative online solutions for the automotive market.
What do you need to have?
• Fluency in English, spoken and written (mandatory);
• Previous experience in the automotive industry (preferred);
• Experience managing clients and operational processes;
• Good command of MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel;
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Team player, able to collaborate effectively across the business;
• Availability for a temporary project.
