Gi Group is recruiting Italian-speaking professionals (C1/C2 level) to join a leading customer service project. The role involves direct interaction with clients, with a strong focus on service quality and commercial optimization.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer calls, providing accurate information and effective assistance.
• Present and negotiate tailored commercial offers based on customer needs.
• Manage and process contacts to maximize business opportunities.
• Monitor daily sales objectives and increase cross-selling of complementary products.
Profile:
• Fluency in Italian, both spoken and written (C1/C2 level – mandatory).
• Previous experience in call center and sales.
• Background in banking or insurance (preferred).
• Dynamic, resilient, with strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Availability for rotating schedules, including Saturdays.
Offer:
• Permanent contract from day one, directly with the client.
• Rotating and flexible working schedules.
