We are looking for a Training Specialist to join our team, reporting to the Quality & Training Manager. The selected professional will play a key role in developing and implementing effective training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees in customer-facing roles. The ultimate goal is to strengthen engagement, improve service quality, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction for a premium international brand.
A day in the life of a Training Specialist:
- Assess training needs within customer-facing teams and design, develop, and deliver educational programs aligned with service quality standards.
- Act as an ambassador of the brand, maintaining deep knowledge of products, services, and sustainability initiatives.
- Continuously enhance personal expertise in coffee, machines, and customer service processes, identifying areas for self-development.
- Ensure service quality by monitoring customer interactions, promoting customer retention, and identifying sales opportunities.
- Manage challenging conversations and provide constructive feedback and solutions to CRC Experts and Team Leaders.
- Deliver training programs covering the essential skills and knowledge required for all customer-related functions.
- Conduct role-play and simulation activities to develop interpersonal skills such as negotiation, teamwork, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders and Managers to support on-the-job training and promote professional growth.
- Organize and coordinate training initiatives that prepare employees for career advancement opportunities.
What will make you successful:
- University degree or equivalent in business, commerce, or a related area.
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Trainer or in a similar position.
- Training certifications and familiarity with diverse teaching methods are considered an asset.
- Experience working with premium brands is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, coaching, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Fluency in English and proficiency in French or Swiss German.
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and HR practices.
- Professionalism, adaptability, and a strong sense of integrity.
