Role Overview

The Trade Assets Lead Specialist oversees all end-to-end Trade Assets processes—driving operational excellence in order and issue management, freight coordination, and supply chain workflows. This leadership position manages a specialized team, ensures stakeholder alignment, and enforces compliance with internal standards. The role is pivotal for process standardization, KPI performance, capability development, and ongoing improvement across the Trade Assets function.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and develop the Trade Assets team to ensure efficient daily operations and ownership of end-to-end processes.
  • Oversee order and issue management, freight workflows, and related supply chain activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date SOPs, driving compliance with operational standards.
  • Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and execute improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain stakeholder alignment, ensuring timely communication and effective resolution of escalated issues.
  • Drive team development through regular feedback, performance follow-up, and career growth discussions.
  • Support harmonization and capability building for Trade Assets processes across multiple centres.

Your Profile


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing teams.
  • 3–5 years in operations, supply chain, logistics, or process management, ideally within a shared services or Trade Assets context.
  • Understanding of order management, supply chain fundamentals, and issue resolution workflows.
  • Proficiency with operational systems (e.g., SAP, logistics tools, ticketing systems).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with focus on KPI-based performance.
  • Leadership, stakeholder management, planning, and prioritization capabilities.
