Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end tech profiles recruitment processes.
- Source and attract talent through diverse platforms.
- Conduct interviews and assess competencies.
- Support offer preparation and candidate negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
Candidate Profile:
- 2–3 years of professional experience in recruitment, ideally tech profiles.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related fields.
- Strong communication, organizational, and results-driven skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms.
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
