Human resources generalist - Lisbon (Hybrid), Lisboa

We are looking for an HR Specialist, fluent in Enlgish and Spanish to cover a maternity leave to start in July.
You will act as a key point of contact for employees, providing coaching, career guidance and supporting managers in people‑related decisions.
The role involves increasingly complex problem‑solving, with interaction mainly with peers and the HR team, and regular updates to supervisors. You will work with a high degree of autonomy in day‑to‑day activities, with moderate guidance for new or more complex assignments. Your decisions will impact your own work and may also affect the work of others within the team / practice. This is an individual contributor role, potentially overseeing small work efforts or initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively provide individual coaching and guidance on career development, based on a deep understanding of each employee’s interests and aspirations and of the business context.
- Support employees in identifying and accessing “best‑fit” roles, balancing their career goals with business priorities.
- Conduct honest, transparent and empathetic conversations to help people grow, keeping both personal aspirations and practice priorities in mind.
- Work closely with the Practice Lead to understand practice strategy and performance, using this knowledge to better coach and support employees.
- Partner with the Inclusion & Diversity team to develop and implement I&D initiatives, track results and identify key trends within the practice.
Your Profile
- Experience in HR
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills, with the ability to have challenging conversations with empathy and transparency.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable using data and tools to support decisions and recommendations.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and collaborate with different stakeholders (HR, business, Talent Demand & Supply, I&D, etc.).
- Languages: English (C1) and Spanish (C1) – mandatory.
