Work Model: Hybrid (first month on-site; afterwards 3 days in the office + 2 days remote)
We are recruiting a professional fluent in French and English to join the team of one of our clients, ensuring the handling of claims, contact with customers/suppliers, and administrative follow-up of processes.
Responsibilities
• Receiving and managing phone calls and emails;
• Analysing and handling customer/supplier claims;
• Identifying responsibilities and following up processes (including contact with claimants and the car manufacturer);
• Analysing and validating disputed invoices;
• Administrative follow-up of processes until closure;
• Updating records and supporting KPI/report monitoring.
Profile
• Fluency in French and English (mandatory);
• Experience in administrative or process management roles (preferred);
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy;
• Good communication, organisation, and autonomy;
• Problem-solving skills.
Conditions
• Direct contract with the client;
