Role Overview:

As an Account Manager, you will lead governance strategies, foster strong relationships with international insurance partners, and manage critical events such as tenders, renewals, and new projects. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will ensure portfolio growth, client satisfaction, and seamless collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with insurers and brokers.
  • Design and implement governance strategies, ensuring efficient follow-ups.
  • Provide consultancy during key events, including new business launches.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, driving satisfaction and growth.
  • Collaborate effectively within a multicultural team.


Candidate Requirements:

  • 2–3 years’ relevant experience in international healthcare/insurance.
  • Proven relationship-building and account management expertise.
  • Organized, adaptable, and results-driven professional.
  • Fluent English (C2); French proficiency is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
