Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join the Global Partnership department in Lisbon. This role involves managing relationships with international insurance partners, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting their growth. You will oversee a portfolio of clients, design governance strategies, monitor implementations, and provide expertise for key events such as tenders, renewals, and new projects.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the main point of contact for international insurers and brokers.
  • Build strong client relationships, ensuring proximity, satisfaction, and growth.
  • Develop and implement governance strategies and monitor follow-ups.
  • Provide expertise during critical events such as tenders, renewals, and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and provide comprehensive account management services.


Candidate Profile:


  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in healthcare insurance with international exposure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage internal and external relationships effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to change.
  • Proven ability to achieve results and build trusted relationships.
  • Available for occasional travel.
  • Fluent in English (C2 level); French is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
