We are hiring Marketing Manager
Main Responsibilities:
•Coordinate online and offline communication platforms — website, social media, e-mail marketing and internal communication — ensuring alignment with Corporate and Industrial Communication guidelines;
• Plan, organize and manage international trade fairs, industry events and exhibitions;
• Develop, execute and monitor the annual marketing plan and budget;
• Lead the annual Customer Satisfaction Survey and Voice of Customer initiatives (professional clients and end users);
• Work closely with the Sales Team to support commercial activity through clear, accurate and market-appropriate communication;
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, identifying trends across the LPG, industrial and complementary segments;
• Prepare marketing plans for new and existing products, including technical positioning and value propositions;
• Manage external agencies and service providers when required.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Create and develop internal and external sales, product and business presentations;
• Develop, maintain and evolve a portfolio of dashboards and reports, in collaboration with internal BI users.
Requirements:
• Degree in Marketing or equivalent professional experience;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Advanced Excel proficiency;
• Solid knowledge of PowerPoint and Microsoft Office apps;
• Ability and interest in building reports, extracting data from ERP systems and automating/simplifying reporting processes;
• Fluency in English, spoken and written;
• Strong communication and presentation skills adapted to industrial B2B environments.
Valued Attributes:
• Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively;
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
