Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT user support via phone, chat, web, and email.
- Address and resolve incidents and service requests promptly.
- Collaborate on problem-solving and change management tasks.
- Use ITSM tools and follow ITIL processes for ticket logging, prioritization, resolution, and escalation.
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
- Strong customer service and team collaboration skills.
Valued Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar technical support role.
- Analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools, Active Directory, and remote connection tools.
- Knowledge and/or certifications in ITIL.
- Vocational training or an intermediate degree in Systems Administration.
- Technical certifications in desktop or microcomputer support.
