Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT user support via phone, chat, web, and email.
  • Address and resolve incidents and service requests promptly.
  • Collaborate on problem-solving and change management tasks.
  • Use ITSM tools and follow ITIL processes for ticket logging, prioritization, resolution, and escalation.


Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
  • Strong customer service and team collaboration skills.


Valued Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a similar technical support role.
  • Analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools, Active Directory, and remote connection tools.
  • Knowledge and/or certifications in ITIL.
  • Vocational training or an intermediate degree in Systems Administration.
  • Technical certifications in desktop or microcomputer support.
