We are looking for dedicated, communicative, and customer-focused professionals to join the Customer Service team of one of our clients in the Anadia area.
Our client is a leading company in the production of ceramics. With decades of experience in the sector, it stands out for its quality, innovation, and sustainability in its products. The company also invests in advanced manufacturing technologies to ensure durability and energy efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Recording orders received via email or fax or delivered by sales representatives;
Analyzing orders and determining delivery deadlines;
Handling telephone inquiries from customers and individuals;
Managing complaints, which may involve immediate problem resolution and/or escalating the issue depending on the severity of the case;
Processing orders digitally (preparing loads for the assigned area);
Issuing invoices to customers, as well as managing lists of pending orders;
Communicating with the specific sales representative for the assigned work area;
Filing daily work records.
Requirements:
High school diploma or higher education;
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support, after-sales service, or in-person customer service;
Strong communication skills (oral/written), empathy, and resilience under pressure;
Initiative, proactivity, and customer orientation;
Proficiency in basic computer use;
Knowledge of SAP (a plus);
Proficiency in English and French (mandatory).
Offer:
Salary aligned with the role and demonstrated experience;
Direct contract with the client.
