We're looking for a Learning Content and Training Specialist to support the development and delivery of high-quality online learning experiences for both client programs and internal company initiatives. This role combines instructional content development, multimedia course production, and live learner support.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop engaging online educational content for clients and internal company programs.
- Use Articulate and other digital authoring tools to build interactive online learning experiences.
- Develop a wide range of multimedia learning assets, including videos, graphics, presentations, assessments, and interactive activities.
- Support the creation of training materials for our internal teaching team, including independent contractor teachers working across various client programs.
- Adapt learning content to different audiences, client requirements, and instructional goals.
- Deliver live tutoring sessions and learner support through the platform.
- Guide learners through course content, answer questions, and provide instructional support in live sessions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content aligns with educational, operational, and client expectations.
- Review and improve learning materials based on learner feedback, performance data, and evolving project needs.
- Help maintain a consistent, high-quality learner experience across content, training, and live instruction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience developing online educational content, courses, or instructional materials.
- Experience creating multimedia learning assets, including video, image-based, and interactive content.
- Experience teaching, tutoring, coaching, or facilitating learning in a live online environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
