We are recruiting an HR Business Partner who is passionate about people development and data-driven HR strategies for one of our clients who is a leading challenger in the telecoms market.In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders to drive the people agenda, support organizational development and use HR data to enable informed decision-making. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution across the full HR lifecycle.
Your day to day:
- Act as a strategic partner and primary HR contact for defined business areas, supporting leadership with all people-related topics
- Advise managers on organizational design, workforce planning, succession management and talent development
- Drive performance and talent management processes, ensuring effective goal setting, feedback and development discussions
- Support and challenge leaders on people decisions, ensuring alignment with company values, policies and legal framework
- Develop and implement initiatives that boost employee engagement, motivation and retention
- Collaborate on change management initiatives to facilitate smooth organizational and cultural transformations
- Gather, organize and analyze HR data to create reports and dashboards for leadership and provide data-driven recommendations
- Work closely with Centers of Expertise (e.g. Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics) to deliver integrated HR solutions
- Support employee relations matters, ensuring a fair and respectful work environment
Requirements
- Dgree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 4 years of experience in an HR Business Partner, ideally in an international environment
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into effective people solutions
- Strong affinity for data analysis combined with a tech-savvy approach to problem-solving
- Ability to design and implement development and change initiatives that align with strategic goals
