Do you have experience in customer service and enjoy direct contact with people? This opportunity could be for you!
Our client is a renowned company in the mobility and technology industry that is currently recruiting a Partner Support Specialist for the Lisbon area.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent on-site support to partners;
- Accompany new partners throughout the onboarding process, ensuring the correct use of the available tools;
- Deliver informative presentations to new and existing partners;
- Support the resolution of questions and issues (e.g. payments or platform usage);
- Manage individual performance and service quality metrics.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Portuguese, English and Spanish (mandatory);
- Experience in customer service, sales, retail or similar roles;
- Ease in using technological tools;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to adapt to different interlocutor profiles;
- Genuine interest in teaching and supporting other people;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Autonomous, proactive and results-oriented profile.
