Are you fluent in Italian and English, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a dynamic environment? Gi Group is recruiting on behalf of a client company for the position of Content Reviewer in Lisbon. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global team dedicated to maintaining quality standards while working on-site at the client’s office in Carnaxide/Miraflores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze assigned tasks, including videos and texts, to ensure compliance with guidelines.
- Utilize a library of references and follow resolution procedures accurately.
- Respond to emails in English and document escalations in Italian and/or English.
- Maintain quality and consistency through detailed adherence to training and protocols.
Requirements:
- Languages: Italian (minimum C1, validated via an online test) and English (minimum B2, validated via an online test).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to follow established workflows.
- Availability for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) within a 24/7 schedule.
- No prior professional experience required, but candidates must demonstrate adaptability and commitment during training and production.
