Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented Customer Service Specialist for the retail sector. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering tailored solutions, advising on products and services, and ensuring a seamless, positive customer experience. Efficient complaint management and first-contact resolution are key priorities.

 

Your day to day:

  •  Welcome and engage customers, identifying needs for personalized solutions
  • Advise on a wide range of products and services, supporting informed decisions
  • Showcase product offerings by highlighting features and benefits
  • Drive high-quality experience by resolving requests and issues at first contact
  • Enhance customer satisfaction with every interaction
  • Manage complaints empathetically and efficiently, turning feedback into improvement opportunities

 

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in customer-facing roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • C1/C2 level in French; English B2
  • Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and collaborative team spirit

  • Under Directiva (EU) 2023/970, the starting base salary for this position ranges from 1200€ to 1400€;
