As a Real-Time Interpreter, you’ll play an essential part in enabling communication between individuals and organizations in the US and UK. You’ll handle calls for hospitals, banks, emergency services, and government agencies — ensuring every conversation is clear, accurate and handled with empathy.

Your Responsibilities

• Interpret conversations accurately and impartially between speakers of German and English;

• Support individuals in situations that require confidentiality and professionalism;

• Follow communication protocols and maintain neutrality at all times;

• Ensure clarity and precision in every session, whatever the context.

You’re Our Ideal Candidate If You

• Are fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level);

• Have experience in customer service or contact centers (preferred);

• Are available for an 8-hour rotative shift on Saturdays;

• Can commit to the initial online training (3 weeks, 6h/day);

• Demonstrate empathy, patience and professionalism under pressure.
