We are recruiting for a team leader position for the Dutch market in the Telecommunications sector in Porto.
What will your day-to-day will look like:
· Control, management and improvement of KPI's;
· Leadership and Team Coordination;
· Planning and organization;
Profile:
· Minimum experience of 1 year, with responsibility for supervising inbound/back office teams;
· Experience in control, management and improvement of KPI's;
·Perfect written and oral command of Dutch (C1/C2)·
·Written and oral command of English (B1/B2)
Hours
• Weekend to Friday from 06:00h to 21:00h
• Saturdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Sundays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Note: The schedules, as well as the days off, will rotate (possibly on a weekly or fortnightly basis)
Salary: 1900 euros
