We are looking for a motivated and skilled Business Excellence Manager to join our team in a fixed-term position, covering a temporary leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful improvements and make an impact within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
As a Business Excellence Manager, you will focus on optimizing processes and driving operational efficiency across various areas of the organization. Working closely with leaders and teams, you will analyze current workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives that align with the organization’s long-term vision.
This role reports directly to the Business Excellence Lead.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead projects aimed at simplifying, standardizing, and automating processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and propose future process improvement opportunities to leadership.
- Design and implement performance measurement tools and contribute to operational design improvements.
- Manage cross-functional initiatives, ensuring successful execution of key projects.
- Support teams in monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to drive improvements.
- Develop clear and actionable reports to highlight trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Conduct root cause analyses to address ongoing or specific operational challenges.
What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a professional with a strong background in process improvement and project management. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- A university degree and at least 5 years of experience in areas such as engineering operations, data analytics, project management, or process improvement.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including SCRUM and SAFe, along with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Smartsheet, Alteryx, Power BI, JIRA, and the ability to create impactful presentations with PowerPoint.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or process mapping and improvement initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
- Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
